Laurel is a Colorado native who has called Boulder home since attending the University of Colorado, where she fell in love with the city’s culture, creativity, and the beauty of the Flatirons. A lifelong entrepreneur, she launched her own marketing and communications consulting firm by the age of 26—and along the way, purchased her first three rental properties, sparking a passion for real estate and design that would continue to grow throughout her career.

Over the next decade, Laurel built several successful small businesses, always drawn to the connection between how people live and the spaces they call home. In 2020, after completing a years-long renovation of her family’s home—featured in Colorado Homes & Lifestyles—she decided to turn that passion into a full-time career. She purchased a neighboring property as her first solo design and renovation project and began studying for her real estate license.

Today, as a licensed agent, Laurel combines her creative vision with practical market expertise to help clients find homes that fit both their needs and their dreams. Her deep understanding of design and construction allows her to see potential where others might not—helping clients imagine what a home could become with the right updates and thoughtful design choices.
