Margaret Manifold is an Austin-based real estate advisor with The Heyday Group and a key member of Meredith Alderson’s buyer team. She works closely with Meredith on all buyer transactions, helping clients navigate the Austin metro market with clarity, confidence, and strategic guidance.

Margaret is known for being highly organized, responsive, and detail-driven—ensuring no opportunity is missed and every client feels supported from first showing to closing. She plays an integral role in managing showings, market research, offer preparation, and transaction coordination, allowing buyers to move quickly and decisively in a competitive environment.

Originally from Auburn, Alabama, Margaret graduated from Auburn University where she was a co-ed collegiate cheerleader, developing the discipline, teamwork, and resilience that now define her approach to real estate. After living in Washington, D.C. and Tennessee, she moved to Austin more than six years ago and quickly fell in love with the city’s blend of southern hospitality, creativity, and ambition.
